A part number suffix "P" is used to designate RoHS Compliant products.
eg.
1N4007-TR-P is a RoHS compliant part on Tape pack.
1N4007-TB-P is a RoHS compliant part on Ammo pack.
1N4007-B-P is a RoHS compliant part on Bulk pack.
Halogen Free Products
A part number suffix "HF" is used to distinguish halogen free products from traditional halogen containing products.
eg.
1N4007-TR-P-HF is a RoHS compliant and Halogen free part on Tape pack.
1N4007-TB-P-HF is a RoHS compliant and Halogen free part on Ammo pack.
1N4007-B-P-HF is a RoHS compliant and Halogen free part on Bulk pack.
